Welcome!

In Acts 27 in the bible Paul has been arrested for preaching Jesus’ word.  He is a prisoner on a ship headed for Rome for his trial.  A lot of people in this situation would feel hopeless and be ready to give up.  Paul warned the crew that a storm was coming but they didn’t listen to him.  The storm came and the violent sea had no mercy on this ship as it was thrown from wave to wave.  Talk about a hopeless situation!  Paul then told the crew you didn’t listen to me before, BUT NOW this is what we’ll do.  BUT NOW are the words that have accompanied every journey out of hurt, pain and suffering.  BUT NOW pulls us out of hopelessness, initiates and acceptance of how what has happened in our lives will not change but what I do with that experience is all ours.  You didn’t begin the story but you will write the last chapters.  How will you write the last chapters of your story?

This is my philosophy of practice.  What you do now is what matters and you just might be amazed at the strength, wisdom and grace that come from your life experience.
